Project Description

Market Hall Project

The Alexander Goods Depot combines creative office space with a bustling MarketHall at the intersection of pedestrian oriented Wall Street and the Riverside Avenue thoroughfare. A ground floor market brings together Spokane’s best food offerings in a lively commons that spills into the street becoming the center of activity downtown. Swing in for coffee, meet up for lunch, or grab drinks after work. A working production kitchen provides space for local artisans to make unique pastries and a direct connection to your meal. On your way out, you can pick up staples at the small mercantile.

Standing at the center of downtown Spokane, the iconic clock tower marks buildings originally built in 1900 and a mid 20th century corner building. Once a part of the iconic Crescent Department Store and later, the homegrown Sterling Savings Bank, the building once again marks the best that Spokane has to offer. The building will soon be home to energetic creative office space; featuring high ceilings and a stripped back look at the historic brick, wood and concrete of the old buildings.
