GuideSpark, a human resources software firm that landed in Portland at coworking hub CENTRL Office last fall, has signed on for about 20,000 square feet of space in the Pine Street Market, a unique food hall at Southwest Pine Street and Second Avenue that will celebrate its grand opening at the beginning of April.
