We just purchased the Knickerbocker Apartments in Spokane and have been getting to know the tenants and the building over the past week and a half. We’re really excited to continue the rehabilitation that has been taking place in the building for the last decade and to get more rooms updated, finished and ready to find great folks to live with us.
We’ve been getting lots of affectionate memories from people who have lived in the building over the years and love the sense of community that history creates.
